Meet Val
Val's real estate journey began in California when she earned her license in the late 1990's while pursuing a career in commercial lending. After relocating to Phoenix, she earned an Arizona real estate license while working as the Development Manager at Alliance Residential. In 2017, Val embarked on an exciting new chapter by obtaining a broker’s license and establishing her own real estate firm specializing in residential sales and multi-family leasing.
Since joining the Launch powered by Compass family in 2022, Val has quickly established herself as a multi-million dollar producer based on her values of unwavering integrity, building lasting relationships with her clients and achieving collaborative success in every transaction. Her career has also focused on serving executives relocating to the state of Arizona, partnering with top corporate clients such as PetSmart and Salt River Project. Recently, Val was awarded the leasing contract for The Bergen, a $55 million dollar luxury apartment community located in the highly anticipated RED Development project, "The Grove".
Val and her husband, Scott raised their four children in the close-knit community of Arcadia and are enthusiastic explorers of Arizona's natural wonders. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law from Cal Poly, Pomona.
